Why We Built This Site
A request for an Arkansas County docket can go astray when the court or district is unclear. Circuit Clerk Sarah Merchant maintains Circuit Court records through two public counters. District Court departments in Stuttgart, DeWitt, Gillett, and St. Charles keep their own lower-court files. Search ARCourts provides a statewide public search for courts supplying data through Contexte, but coverage does not make every filing or every district matter available online. This site brings those roles, official links, and practical fallback channels into one county-focused reference.
Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 19 governs court-record access. It also helps explain why some records are available at a clerk counter but not through remote search. The Arkansas Freedom of Information Act applies broadly to public records, while access to judicial case records is administered through the Supreme Court's authority and court rules.

What We Cannot Do
Arkansas County Court Docket is privately run and has no affiliation with an Arkansas court, clerk, or government agency. Its role is limited to public reference information.
- We cannot retrieve an official docket sheet or case file
- We cannot set, confirm, continue, or cancel a hearing
- We cannot file, seal, remove, or change a court record
- We cannot issue a certified copy or quote an unposted clerk fee
- We cannot give legal advice about an Arkansas County case
- We cannot guarantee that a portal entry or office detail remains current
Only the Arkansas County clerk or court that maintains the original record can confirm a setting or provide an official certified copy.
Search Partners
Some content pages contain search boxes supplied by outside providers. Those providers operate their own services, choose their own prices, and control their own results. A paid signup may generate a referral fee that supports the site's operation. Arkansas County Court Docket does not control a partner's charges, data practices, or result quality. Official case information should always be verified with Search ARCourts or the Arkansas County court or clerk that maintains the record.
