Route an Arkansas County request by both court level and district. Search ARCourts can locate public Circuit Court case information, but a formal copy must come from the Arkansas County Circuit Clerk. District Court tickets and limited matters belong with the Stuttgart, DeWitt, Gillett, or St. Charles department shown on the notice.
- Case information: use Search ARCourts, then confirm the court and district
- Hearing setting: check the newest future event and call the filing court
- Certified document: ask the record-holding clerk for price, payment method, and delivery options
- Historic record: contact the DeWitt counter about older indexes and bound materials
- District Court matter: use the department named on the citation or court notice
