Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name, case number, or other term placed in a sponsored search box is transmitted to the outside provider that operates the tool. That company processes the query and supplies its results. Arkansas County Court Docket does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If you send an email, the message and its contact details may be retained long enough to respond and manage the exchange. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Ordinary web-server and analytics records may collect technical facts when a page loads:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address
- Browser type, browser version, and operating system
- Device category and basic display details
- Pages viewed, time spent, and visit timestamps
- The referring page or service, when supplied
- General performance and error information
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files placed on a device. They help measure traffic, remember basic preferences, and show where visitors leave or continue through the site. Aggregated analytics may be used to understand site use. Browser controls can reject or remove cookies, although some features may then work differently.
What We Do With This Data
Collected information may be used for these operating needs:
- Delivering pages and maintaining reasonable site performance
- Sending sponsored search requests to the selected outside provider
- Measuring which Arkansas County resources receive useful traffic
- Finding abuse, security issues, and technical errors
- Displaying advertising that may reflect visitor interests
No Court-Record Data on File
Arkansas County Court Docket does not host, maintain, sell, or compile a database of Arkansas County dockets or personal case records. It publishes reference information about Search ARCourts, Arkansas County Circuit Court, the Circuit Clerk, and District Court departments. Official judicial access is governed by Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 19. The Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code Ann. § 25-19-101 et seq., governs many other public records. Neither authority turns this private site into a court-record custodian or consumer reporting agency.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the sponsored search boxes. A query entered there is controlled by the provider's own privacy terms, retention rules, and disclosure practices. Arkansas County Court Docket does not direct those policies. Review the named provider's policy before sending a query or purchasing a service.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Search ARCourts, the Arkansas County Circuit Clerk, other official Arkansas pages, or outside commercial tools. Once a visitor follows a link, the destination's privacy terms apply. Any advertising or cross-site tracking performed by that destination occurs on systems outside this site's control.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold by Arkansas County Court Docket. Limited data may be available to:
- Search providers that process a query submitted to their tool
- Analytics vendors that measure traffic and page performance
- Advertising networks that deliver advertisements
- Service vendors supporting hosting, security, or site operation
- Government or law-enforcement bodies acting under valid legal process
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable administrative and technical practices are used to protect collected information. No internet system can promise perfect security, uninterrupted service, or complete immunity from unauthorized access. Visitors should avoid placing confidential court identifiers in ordinary emails or tools that do not securely require them.
Users Under 18
This service is intended for adults. Arkansas County Court Docket does not knowingly solicit personal information from anyone younger than 18. Information identified as having been supplied by a minor may be removed when a valid request is received.
Your Data Rights
Rights over personal data depend on the law that applies to a visitor and the nature of the information held. Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 19 and the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act concern access to official public records; they do not make Arkansas County Court Docket the custodian of those records. Where applicable law provides a right, a person may request:
- Access to personal information held by this private site
- Correction of inaccurate personal information
- Deletion of information subject to a valid exception
- Limits on or an objection to certain processing
